Darlene Rendell has worked, studied and gained extensive knowledge within the real estate industry since 1985.

Darlene has been part of our team since February 1 2000 and began with one of our affiliate companies, Perennial Management Limited, as Manager of our property management division. She has the expertise to work effectively with owners of investment property, leasing and sales representatives, building operations personnel, service contractors, consultants, engineers, designers, lawyers, and developers in achieving highly service oriented, efficient and cost effective operations.

• The Certified Property Manager (CPM) is internationally recognized as the premier designation for property management professionals. The Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) awards this designation to the top professionals in the industry.
• The Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute (ACCI) accreditation serves as recognition by the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) of achieving a level of skill, professionalism and knowledge of condominium as it relates to a particular profession.
