Hi, my name
is Glenn Walsh and my wife's name is Florence. I am sorry that it took me so
long to write this. My wife and I just recently moved into a new home which we
had built on 11 Ellsworth street and I just wanted to say a few words
about the experience. Over the coarse of six months I think I talked to
Judy almost every day and I found both her and Nancy to be very
friendly and professional. The overall experience of building a new home
was at times stressful but because of people like Judy, Nancy and Felix it
was also enjoyable. There was a period of time when I talked to Judy every
day because of things I was not sure of or because of changes we wanted to make
but she never got upset or frustrated and that helped me feel at ease. Judy is
fantastic to work with and if I ever build another home it will be built by
CALCO and I would want to deal with Judy or Nancy. Let me know if you received

Hi Jim,
We recently purchased a new home in Paradise and Elvis Loveless was our realtor. During the building process Elvis was always involved to make it as smooth as possible. From the very beginning to the closing date he was always available to answer numerous questions being a first time home buyer. The responses were always prompt and complete. We still have a question from time to time and receive the same courteous treatment. Throughout the period of the purchase he was always available for appointments even outside regular business hours.
The level of care and attention to detail he has shown was far beyond what was expected. The treatment was truly genuine and superb. For anyone buying or selling real estate we would definitely recommend Elvis Loveless and would acquire his services again.

Over the past 23 years, my family has done 10 transactions with Rose either buying or selling properties. Rose has been fabulous to work with and we couldn’t ask for a better real estate agent from a professional or personal standpoint. Rose has always been helpful and knowledgeable of the real estate market. She has always been very accommodating making appointments to fit my schedule and very patient showing me countless properties, sometimes multiple times. Rose is always quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls, answering questions and investigating issues regarding potential properties. Hi Jim,
We recently bought a new house through Elvis Loveless and Remax United. We were so pleased with Elvis. He was so promt on everything from returning calls, forwarding paperwork and even picking up on thing while we did our walk through. He is an amazing relator and anyone who is lucky enough to find him will surely be pleased with the service he provides. He definitely goes the extra step and tries his hardest to make the process run as smoothly as possible. We bought our house almost 2 weeks ago and he is still helping us out with some difficulties we have run into with our seller. I just wanted to let you know that Elvis is fantastic!

Over the past 12 years I have bought and sold over 6 different properties. I would like to say that my most recent purchase through you and Gerry was the easiest. When dealing with yourself I never waited anymore than an hour for an answer to any question I had and the majority of the time we meet in person to discuss. When Iit came time to move you actually assisted with the moving and unpacking with was something that had never happened before and the now that we are moved in your assistance is completing and following up on any outstanding items has been unbelievable. Many Thanks Louise
I walk into the Re/Max Plus office one
Thursday morning not quite knowing how to begin to look for my new home. When
Louise greeted me with a smile and asked me how I was doing. It was a crucial time in my life and she put
me at ease right away with her smile.
I told her my situation and I felt very
comfortable and relaxed. I sat in her
office and we talked first before anything came up about me buying a house.
I told her what I was looking for and she
was very accommodating in my suggestions.
I walk out that office that day feeling
very comfortable knowing that Louise was there to help me in every way she
possible could. She called on a daily bases, filling me in on houses that came
up knowing what I would be interested in, which I thought was very
professional. Louise suggested several
houses and we looked at them all.
When finally I found the house I was
looking for. I needed to look at it several times and Louise had no problem in
doing that no matter what time of the day I called. She was not only a Realtor but a person who
cares and understands her client’s needs, which I felt was exactly what I needed.
I purchased this house on Paddy Dobbin,
which know I call my home and to this day Louise still checks in on me to see
how I am doing and never did I think I would meet a Realtor that day, that now I
call my Friend.

only wish that other Clients will have the opportunity that I did to come

When I accepted a job in St. John's, the task of finding a home for my family was daunting to say the least. We had never lived here before and needed to find a home close to our daycare. Louise was the first person we called amongst many agents. We were peppering the market with information requests trying to find any and all the help that was out there. Louise was the ONLY person to consistently keep in touch with us. She was the only person who seemed truly interested in earning our business.
We came to town for a weekend to look at some homes. We visited 16 houses in less than 24 hours thanks to Louise. She framed the homes we viewed in terms of our needs, not our wants. She kept us on track, and we now own what I call our "dream home" - or as close as we'll get without hitting the lottery.
I will return to Louise for any future real estate needs - especially if we win the lottery! Everyone has a real estate contact - but you should make Louise yours.

As first time homebuyers who had just moved to Newfoundland, Elvis made the process quick, easy and painless! We were nervous, full of questions, and I'm sure, ‘a little’ annoying at times. Elvis was not only helpful and kind, he was patient, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. He made us feel more than comfortable throughout the process - and most importantly, found us (and our new puppy) our first home! He'd only met us briefly and was able to pick exactly what we'd like for viewing. The second house we saw was the one we purchased. When we decided to move back to St. John's after living out west for several years, our property in Calgary sold very quickly. We soon found ourselves sharing a TINY one-bedroom apartment with the rest of our "family" - two German Shepherds and a cat. Needless to say, we had to find a new home as soon as we could!
